Two-year Fellowships in Science

Scuola Normale Superiore ( www.sns.it ) will offer up to 5 (five) two-year Fellowships, with a gross salary of about 40 kE per year, in various areas related to the activities of its Class of Sciences.

All candidates are expected to have already received a Ph.D. degree at the time of the application.

The subjects should be related to the following 7 (seven) main research lines:

• Theoretical aspects of the fundamental interactions and early cosmology (PHYS-02/A)
• Methods and models for Trustworthy and Human-centered AI (discriminative and/or generative) (INFO-01/A)
• Molecular and cellular mechanisms bridging different stages of the life course (BIOS-06/A)
• Theoretical aspects of quantum information processes (PHYS-04/A)
• Testing the Standard Model with the CMS and LHCb experiments at the energy and intensity frontiers (PHYS-01/A)
• Molecular Modeling of Chemical and Spectroscopic Properties in Complex Molecular Systems (CHEM-02/A)
• Multi-wavelength, data-driven models of high redshift galaxies and active galactic nuclei, and their impact on the intergalactic medium (PHYS-05/A)
