The Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI) announces the opening of a postdoctoral researcher position in Experimental Astroparticle Physics in the Cryogenic Detectors group. The team, currently composed of 3 professors, 2 postdocs and 5 Ph.D. students, is focused on data analysis within the CUORE experiment, detector and software development for CUPID, RES-NOVA, COSINUS and quantum sensing.

The applicants should have a proven expertise in one or more of the following fields: rare event searches (neutrinoless double beta decay, dark matter candidates, Supernova neutrinos), low-temperature detectors, cryogenics, or quantum sensing.

The duration of the appointment is 2 years, with possibility of extension.

The yearly gross salary is € 45.000,00.
