The President of the National Institute of Nuclear Physics announces a public selection procedure, based on CV and interview, to award n. 1 Senior Level 2 research grant for conducting scientific research at the INFN Structure of Pisa

on the following topic:

“Development and coordination of the test and integration of the PS modules of the CMS Outer Tracker”

The grant lasts 12 months and is renewable for a further 12 months.

The annual gross salary is € 25.183,00. [the net salary according to the regulations in force on 27-06-2023 is €1.850,04. This number might be subject to change.].

In order to promote the mobility of researchers, the winners of the scientific research grant who have obtained the PhD in a Province or Metropolitan City Area other than that where their research grant is seated, will receive an additional economic incentive, provided that they are not resident or have not had their residence or scholarships or other research grants paid by the INFN or other scientific institutions in the three years prior to signing the contract in the Province or Metropolitan City of the destination. This additional economic incentive may be granted for up to 3 years.

Applicants must hold an Italian or equivalent PhD degree in Physics obtained not earlier than 6 years before the call deadline.
