The Kavli Institute for Theoretical Sciences (Kavli ITS) at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) is engaged in theoretical physics and related interdisciplinary sciences. The mission of Kavli ITS is to establish itself as an international centre of excellence in theoretical sciences.

What we are looking for
Kavli ITS invites highly qualified individuals to apply for multiple tenure-track or tenured faculty positions in theoretical physics and related fields. Candidates for the positions are required to have a PhD or equivalent degree and have demonstrated the ability to conduct outstanding research. Successful candidates are expected to carry out independent and innovative research and are encouraged to develop new interdisciplinary research directions.
